Follow the instructions below on How to create a physical or digital product in PrestaShop 1.7?
First of all, open your PrestaShop dashboard. On the left side choose our catalog section and click on the Product button.
Simply click on the new product button. First, add The Product name and now we have to add a product image which size is 800 by 800 pixels.
Then here we have to add a product summary and product description. And add the product brand.
The right that we have to add that reference code and Product Quantity. And add the product price and tax. After that, We have to add products.

After creating the category click on the shipping button. Now we have to fulfill our details like product Width, height, depth, and weight Then add your delivery time and shipping fee.
Next Step:- Create a Digital Product
its method is also the same but there are some differences. First of all, in the top bar select the virtual product.
Next, click on the options button and simply scroll down Click on the attach new file button. So click on the browse and choose your file then add your title and description and then click on the add button.
You can add multiple files at the same time The rest of the method is the same. Simply click on the Save button. Now our Digital product has been added successfully.
